How can therapy help?

Therapy can offer a meaningful way forward. A process that offers clarification and understanding can provide a deeper awareness of how and why someone behaves and feels as they do, and can set the path for change and development.

The difficulties that people often tell me about are to do with feelings of anxiety, depression, experiences of trauma and stress; relationship difficulties and repeated patterns of behaviour; feelings of ‘stuckness’, alienation and isolation; issues of self-sabotage; sleeping and eating troubles, physical health issues, low self worth, grief and loss.

Working through such difficulties and patterns and addressing underlying issues can increase the capacity for experiencing fulfilling relationships and a rich, meaningful life.  Every individual has an inbuilt capacity to change and evolve. With the support of someone who can help you to understand and move through roadblocks and barriers, such change is possible.
